Design of a Conferences hall

General information :
The building that I will show the design procedure of him in details laterally is a conferences hall in the first floor with a dimensions of 17 × 33 m it will be loaded by frames models and I will construct a two floors of hotels on the slab of the hole .
The over all area of the building is 577 m2 . It will have three entrances with a park for visitors cars

Steps that would be followed when designing this building :
[1] design the second and third slab ( hotel slabs ) .
[2] design the first slab (hole slab) .
[3] design the sub first slab .
[4] Finding the reaction on the column by area method and design the columns by this loads .
[5] Put the final loads on the frames and analyses it .
[6] design the columns of the frames .
[7] Then design the beams of the frame.
[8] design the footings of the columns of the building .
[9] Design the ground beams .
